Shipping Policies

All items are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days. We ship the majority of our items using USPS(flat rate), UPS & select freight services. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, we will be unable to ship using most ground services.

If we ship a package with signature confirmation, someone must be present to sign for and accept the package. Otherwise, it is their responsibility to pickup from the courier thereafter, & HVAC Surplus Sales will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred.

In the case your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible to file a claim with USPS, or UPS. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit.
If you purchase additional insurance and the package is lost, we can process a refund and pursue the shipping company for reimbursement.

Look at your order information sent to your email upon purchase and shipment. You can track your account, or check your email for updates. If it's a big package such as pillows, clothing , accessories . It will have a tracking number you can track. When we ship a package, if you order through our website it automatically sends you and email with tracking.
